Purpose

We process the data you provide through the forms in order to manage your pickup or shipment request, handle your enquiries and provide the transport and logistics services contracted. To do so we may process identification, contact and shipment data (pickup and delivery addresses).

Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent when ticking the form box, the performance of a contract (when a service is contracted) and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except by legal obligation or when necessary to provide the service (e.g. transport and delivery partners), always with the guarantees required by law.

Retention

We keep the data while the relationship or the consent given is maintained, and afterwards for the periods legally required (especially regarding tax and commercial matters).
